Planning your New Westminster project
For a New Westminster home, record the details that a floor plan may miss: changes in wall depth, soffits, ceiling height and the route into the room. In an older house, these details can affect fillers, finished panels and tall cabinets. In a condo, delivery routes and building rules should be considered before the installation date is set.
Discuss semi-custom and custom cabinetry, melamine or plywood box options, and the right specification for your budget.
Explore shaker and slab styles in available 3D laminate, thermofoil, painted and stained wood finishes.

Share drawings or photographs, appliance information, a budget range and your preferred timing. We will discuss measurements, layouts and 2020 Design renderings, then review the cabinet specification and quotation with you.
Tell us whether your contractor will install the cabinetry or whether you need installation arranged. Delivery costs, site access and installation availability are confirmed for the project. Any applicable design package fee is explained before design work begins.
The design needs to allow for the actual site conditions. Measurements, fillers and finishing details are reviewed as part of planning; any building corrections outside the cabinetry scope should be discussed with your contractor.
